Experiencia fantástica: I Spoke to Chance and he was very professional asked me the right questions. I hired him do some some PI work for me and I paid him upfront. But things on my end changed and I ended up not needing his services before we ever started. I asked for a refund and he quickly agreed and refunded my full payment. That in its self meant alot and i would use him in the future. Overall a good experience.
