Experiencia positiva: I had some issues with a job, but Scott went above and beyond to make it right.

Experiencia negativa: Hired Scott and his team for process serving purposes. His communication is atrocious. I never heard anything back after multiple emails or phone calls. The defendants were not served in time and I couldn't move forward with the case. Would not recommend unless you want to waste your time.

Experiencia negativa: Spoke with Scott on a Tuesday or Wednesday, he sounded super willing to help. Went down to the court as he instructed and had the judge sign off and gave paperwork to Sentinel that Friday. We didn’t hear back until Tuesday after calling to figure out next steps. He never called back. He just happened to finally answer after multi phone calls and non returned voicemails. Set up for service that Wednesday and Scott text 30 minutes before that his server Marty is stuck in St Joe and won’t make it. It’ll will be a week tomorrow since Scott said the server won’t make it. Never received any further phone calls even after emailing the request and information of another date to serve. So now in search of a different company. Not sure if it’s just bad luck or what but so far I see this company as very unprofessional, never called back and never completed the request. Beware of this company!!!

Experiencia positiva: They did an awesome job with the process service got the job done within a week of me hiring them. However I had to contact them in order to get the service return paper. Communication with them is sometimes difficult because they don't always return your messages.

Experiencia fantástica: Quick turnaround, I was quoted 50 and my bill was 50.00, great communication, very detailed oriented and will continue to use Scott and his team.
