Experiencia negativa: Horrible. They cold called me and kept me on the phone for 5 minutes. Simply said that there was a very large lawsuit and the client had listed us a trade reference. Then when I had questions, just hung up on me. SO RUDE! Zack Canfield was the guy that called. Don't bother, people!

They were successful in collecting balances on accounts that were placed with receivables that were egregiously past due. The accounts in fact had aging in excess of 300 days. While some of our customers were not particularly pleased with being contacted, the end result was a favorable one for our company. As a Controller, I understand the nature of these conversations are not always particularly pleasant; however, collections is an issue that effects businesses in any industry and one that sometimes has to be resolved with outside resources. Experiencia negativa: Rookies.... They had their Investigator calling my family I haven't talk to in years. He told them I have a case against me and my house is in foreclosure. After nearly give my mom heart attack, I contacted them. Come to find out it's another guy with the same first and last name that lives in my town. He apologized and told me you see where we could make the mistake, right? As if my name is an uncommon name. I couldn't imagine having this firm represent me.

Experiencia positiva: My office received a letter from Morgan, Cohen & Bach stating that we had a past due balance with one of our vendors. When I called, James was able to provide me with copies of our unpaid invoices and was able to figure out that when we changed our website domain, our paperless billing was bouncing back. He actually helped get our service running the same day. I don't know why I didn't think to update my email on my bills but it's all cleared up now!
