That's the case of Inter-State Investigative Services (IISAZ), the best agency behind Arizona's most respected criminal attorneys. I was falsely accused of a felony and hired the best attorney for my case. In fact, I hired a team of attorneys and investigators that worked tirelessly and effectively in my case. The first time I met Randy Downer, President of IISAZ, I knew I had met the best in the field. Courteous and direct, he assured me with actions that would deliver vital information for my case. In a matter of a couple of weeks, IISAZ revealed the facts that would, in time, form the foundation for my innocence. Randy assigned Investigator Lacee Tellez to execute the research work on my case. She dug deeper than the prosecution during the discovery process. She found many facts and police reports about the accuser's family that should have persuaded any good police detective to take a closer look at what was happening in the accuser's house in the first place. As IISAZ's investigation progressed, the prosecution’s case became weaker and weaker. My lawyers took full advantage of crucial information and the leads that Ms. Tellez and the team accumulated. The information provided was presented at the hearings, revealing inadmissible evidence, fabricated scenarios, false testimonies, and even witness perjury. Then, a crucial piece of evidence came into the hands of IISAZ and my lawyers. Information from another case indicated a pattern of suspicious communications between police detectives and accusers that weren't disclosed during discovery, indicating collaboration to inflame evidence to help the prosecution’s case. IISAZ immediately requested all the communications between accusers and the police, and in disgraceful desperation, the police deleted all messages. This heinous act triggered the dismissal of my case. As unique as all this sounds, this story wouldn't have been possible without IISAZ's investigative resources, the team's tireless dedication, and Randy's leadership. I'm forever profoundly grateful to this team. A few days after the court dismissed my case, I visited for the first time IISAZ's headquarters. I was very impressed by the investigative and professional resources they provide to their clients.
