4 years ago Experiencia fantástica: Recently my wife died suddenly and the Walden Group assisted in obtaining an autopsy. The autopsy was completed on date promised and has answered many questions regarding the cause of her death.

8 years ago Experiencia negativa: I was in need of a private investigator to catch the cowards vandalizing my car. What I received was an SK8 mini cam that The Walden Group suggested to buy. On the day of purchase, I tried and tried to get the camara to work. So within 24hrs I called Walden Group and suggested that the camara was not the way I really wanted to go. So I ask if I could return the mini cam I was told pretty much it was a done deal "No Returns". The company then suggested they would give me a discount for investigator services instead of the return. Funny this is what wanted from them from the start, so I was not happy at all. So two days later I tried the mini cam again this time looking on line for help. What I received was a lot of detail pricing and come to find out this mini cam I bought was only worth $10.00. I was so upset because I paid a 150.00 for the camara. Wow what a price mark up! In short not only was I vandalized this month but I was ripped off. Well I hope they can sleep good knowing they just ripped off a single parent of three.
You came to our office stating that you had purchased a camera system previously for hundreds of dollars and it didn’t work for you. You were offered a choice of surveillance services performed by our personnel or a covert camera system to resolve the vandalism issue you complained of. Since you did not know when the vandalism was occurring and surveillance services are offered by the hour, you selected to purchase a covert camera system even though the previous camera system had not worked for you. Because of the nature of surveillance equipment, returns after the equipment has been used are not possible. You called and communicated that, you had charged and used the equipment you purchased. Further you stated that, you had changed your mind and now wished to have our personnel perform the surveillance for you. When you asked to return the equipment you purchased which was now used, I informed you that surveillance equipment sales are final as we do not deal is used equipment. In the interest of taking care of your needs and insuring a satisfied client, I further informed you that, I would credit your equipment purchase in full for any further services you needed. We always work with clients to insure their satisfaction. If what you wanted was surveillance services from the start, why did you purchase something else?
