Experiencia negativa: From the moment the investigator answered the phone, he was rude and condescending. I was trying to learn information to make sure my elderly father was safe and not being taken advantage of physically or financially. The man repeatedly interrupted while I was trying to explain the services I was hoping to utilize. What's worse is that he started quoting things as being legal or illegal (surveillance in public spaces, etc.), but he didn't realize that I knew he wasn't telling the truth since I am a lawyer and a journalist. When I told him what he was saying wasn't true, he admitted it and got even more defensive. I will never use this company for any matter and will share this with others. Best advice: find another company that RESPECTS potential clients. That's what I did. -The response from the company to my review is completely false. I never asked them to record inside any establishment, and definitely not a strip club. Interestingly, they never addressed their rude and unprofessional behavior or denied it. I am a licensed attorney and have no criminal record… not even a speeding ticket. A reputable company is now doing all the work I requested.

I was being given a long explanation, upon which I tried to advise the individual at the firm that, that was the information I was looking for and how can I get this information he told me to call the county clerks office. Which frustrated me because I was calling to hire them to do this work for me. He then berated and spoke down to me and told me that I don't want help. Horrible
