Experiencia negativa: I was at Dollar Tree store at 8230 Mira Mesa Blvd Suite E, San Diego, CA 92126. And that security woman at the attached picture gave me a ticket which totally ok. Once I got out of the store, she stared recording me for no reason and sexualy harassing me by calling me " little shorts" because I'm a gay wearing little shorts. Is that ok with you guys? I don't why you hire such aggressive jerk as a security, just to harass customers. I feel so frustrated and upset now. That woman should be fired. You can look at her picture to know how dumb she is !

Experiencia negativa: This company pays guards to sleep. Guard at homeless strategies in Balboa Park always sleeping. I honked my air horn, and that didn't wake the guard up. If im able to let myself in, i can only imagine who else is letting themselves in.

Experiencia negativa: They need to coach their employees on how to treat ppl! One of their guards harassed me at the mall! The mall was closing and me and my kids didnt leave fast enough so she called riverside sheriffs and blantly lied stated that i was refusing to leave! Mind you there were lots of ppl lingering getting ready to exit but she was obsessed with harassing me!! Needless to say she should be fired for scaring my kids and for detouring customers to shop elsewhere

Experiencia negativa: Had a terrible experience with a black security guard at the university heights library Nov 9th 2022. He asked if my dog was a service animal, I said yes. Then he asks what task my dog performs. I answered deep pressure therapy and reminds me to take medication. Then he try to spin my words & starts harassing me and telling me to leave. He is uneducated with protocol and the laws, shirt untucked. Unprofessional and starting drama.

Experiencia negativa: Was eating a breakfast sandwich when I got approached by one of these guys. Interrupted my breakfast to tell me what hours I am allowed to be there. Told him I would leave as soon as I finish eating. Two more came a minute later with one of them holding the pistol in his holster. (Why are these guys given guns to patrol a library in a secure shopping neighborhood?). Tried to call their office to speak with someone who is running this charade. The voicemail is full, and there's no one to contact. I do feel sorry for these guys, but not sorry enough to send a chill in their spine when I tried to follow up with their names to pass on to their Leo or whatever they call it these days. Simply unexcusable. Not one security guard shared their information. Bad business all around.

Experiencia negativa: Most unprofessional and discriminating security firm. No guidelines as they just make up their own rules. If you want a lawsuit hire these guys especially the library crew. They admitted to allowing theft and deleting video tape.

Experiencia negativa: yes, i am lead by my inner gut...God...to report to Allstate HQ security that in San Diego, CA their employees at San Diego central library do not wear name tags..hence, my homeland security education taught me that is how we are to identify corrupt law enforcement, in which hired 'security' is not law enforcement by the way and are who faked it until they made it in...tho, the fakes may wear name tags we can still see the difference between fake and real... aka: alien of evil who took over Donald Walters mind and body in 1945 who is on my birth certificate.. and, identified in Sheridan, WY 2011-2014 and caught as posing as police, sheriffs and of the like... YOUR SECURITY DONT WEAR NAME TAGS and are aggressive and illegally in my library computer work...
