Negative experience: Rude and completely unprofessional when compared to other places this one is a joke. Be aware they do not send full reports nor do they legally have to according to the investigator even if you pay them $350 WOW

Ryan, Giving you a factual report that you don't agree with is not rude nor unprofessional. I am not sure what you mean by compared to "other places" when you stated that you didn't go anywhere else. We gave you a full report and followed all rules, regulations and state law. No amount of money or leaving a negative review is going to cause us to give you the results that you are looking for. Our results, as you well know can only be based off of factual information. We attempted to talk through with you your results and offered to have other licensed professionals look at your results, however you refused. Our offer to talk, answer questions and have other licensed professions look at the results still stands.
