Positive experience: Kinda sad to see the very negative reviews. I worked for G4S on Guam for 3 years as a project manager in their ESS division. I knew everyone, from the director down to the guards. Place was organized, caring, respectful, and respected. We had great management. When HQ in Britain (company is British based and founded) decided worldwide that they wanted a bigger slice of the generated revenue to come to them, they reorganized every region to make it so. Got rid of the producers and installed yes people. Moral disappeared, positions were cut, pay increases and promotions stopped. I can see this is continuing, unfortunately. But, for those years it was the best job ever.
