Fantastic experience: In a situation where you hope not to need someone, you don't wan't to settle for just anyone. Rick and his team were recommended by a friend and I can't thank them enough. They executed a tricky process service recently tracking down an abusive and elusive ex partner. They were detail-oriented, really helpful in helping navigate the court system, and answered any questions I had throughout.

Negative experience: We hired Rick to help us locate our daughter last week, at first he seemed to be able to handle the job. As we waited and waited NO results. After a week and $1000 later my husband and I took to the streets & in 2 hours we found out more information then him and his team. He was USELESS took our money and showed no sympathy for our difficult situation. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS AGENCY. took advantage of us because we are out of town. Btw all TALK no action that sums it up. If you need papers served this may be your guy. But as private investigator he is not the man your looking for.
