Negative experience: What kind of security company drives around and parks with their stupid green lights shining in bedroom windows. No respect at all
Mr. Crowder while I understand your frustrations, there are better ways to handle this issue then this. The phone number to our office is right on the car, this would have been better handled if you had called us to discuss the issue. If you had done this we could have advised that this is by direction of your apartment managers, and we are contracted to do a job. But out of anger and frustration you give a company a 1 start review. In addition to issues that have occured in your complex, you are complaining that something is being done and someone is watching your property for safety and security. We will be in touch.
Negative experience: It was a great company to work for that’s not the reason for my rating. The reason for my rating is dealing with the HR department on trying to get my certifications that I had back when this company was called Highland Security. They are being extremely difficult just over a certification. Overall great security company just needs a better HR department
I am extremely sorry for that inconvenience! I also would like to inform you that Highland Protection never bought Highland Security. Any forms that you had working for Highland Security is with their files therefore we do not have access to those. If you would like to reach out to me at your earliest convenience I'd love to get you pointed in the right direction and get that resolved! Chief Michael Sever you can reach me at 614-421-9877 Extension 108! Thank You!

Fantastic experience: I am giving a professional business recommendation for Denise Nelson and Highland Protection LLC. Denise and her team of professional security personnel are high caliber. They demonstrate critical skills needed and high-level leadership anytime we have worked together. Denise and her team are well respected in the security industry (and community) not only in Ohio, but also nationwide. I highly recommend her and her team, as I am completely satisfied with her business services. Tim Dimoff, SACS Consulting & Investigative Services, Inc.

Amy thank you very much for the high review. We appreciate it very much.
Negative experience: Working for the large corporations not the people sham on you .
Thank you for the stars
Fantastic experience: Need a security guard? These guys are amazing! I have zero complaints. None! Not only do they know what they're doing. They are kind and courteous every time I speak with them. Considered family, but not because they bicker back and forth to one another like those squabbling siblings you hate. No! It's because they work together, rigorously, as ONE TEAM! ALLn'2getherNow! ONE FIGHT! tango charlie, s†L

Fantastic experience: Awesome. This place has WONDERFUL SERVICES. Had an issue; They helpped me solve it. Thanks Highland Security& Investigation(HSI.).
Thank you for the review.
Fantastic experience: It doesn't get any better than this!
Perfect example of a happy employee, he even left before and returned because he wasn't treated better than we do. Tell them about it Jesse.
Negative experience: These guys worked security for a club I want to and tried to steal my juuls , then when I called about it today (Friday) told me I could pick them up on Monday but then when I told the dispatcher I needed them now she told me she would throw them away. They made me feel lile I had to drive drunk to go pick them up after I ubered everywhere I went to be safe . Stay away!
Again, Mr. Davis, we do the security however the strip club holds the items and that is their rules not ours. the lady you spoke to was not a dispatcher she was an employee of the strip club you were at, and i have no control over what they do. I am glad you got your Juuls back and that you stayed safe by not drinking and driving, so in all reality it should be the Strip Club you have the issue with not my guys or my company. thank you and have a good day.
Fantastic experience: Professional
Thank you
