Negative experience: Terrible service, staff were very disrespectful. I asked them to find my lost cat Baptesta and instead of returning her they bought me a salamander??? Like what am I supposed to do with a salamander??? I just wanted my cat back and now they're saying she died? She's only been missing for a day so I seriously doubt that... Something strange is going on with this business.
