Fantastic experience: This wasn't my first time using a private investigator, and I could tell the difference in how organized everything was here. London Private Investigators responded quickly, explained my options, and never made unrealistic promises. The process was handled efficiently, and I felt confident throughout. Overall, an excellent service that I would use again if needed.

Fantastic experience: I found the entire team at UK Private Investigators to be knowledgeable, approachable, and dedicated to achieving the best possible outcome. They maintained excellent communication throughout the process and ensured I understood every step of the investigation.

Positive experience: I needed assistance with a sensitive family issue and wasn't sure what to expect. The team at London Private Investigators made the whole experience much less stressful by being understanding and professional from the start. They respected my privacy, communicated well, and provided regular updates. Excellent service from people who clearly know how to handle delicate situations.

Negative experience: I explained I had had a recent diagnosis, was putting my affairs in order, and that I wanted to contact somebody I knew years ago to leave them my books. They appeared sympathetic and professional. I was busy and mulling it over (not their price, which is bargain bucket in the industry and I paid 3 times that a couple of years ago to a company who found the person but then appear to have gone out of business after they sent me a recent photo of them). I will leave the screencaps of the ensuing conversation below for people to make up their own minds about the level of professionalism of "Tim" and his company. I would add that if you click on the company and select "photos by owner" you will find only stock photos (ie they were bought and not taken by the owner of this firm). EDIT: I gave a similar review on trustpilot. They claimed to have never heard of me but put my name in "quotes". My phone log shows I called then 17/06/2026 at 12:55 and the call lasted 6 minutes 6 seconds. It was made to the number on their website. I will see if I can upload the screencaps as an edit. As additional evidence, I submit a screencap of the number which sent the initial whatapp messages with their name and logo clearly visible. EDIT 2: They changed their review on trust pilot. It is now the same as the below. Note they can find no record of any second contact, despite my posting a screenshot of that conversation. I leave people to draw their own conclusions about their skills as detectives. EDIT 3: They have flagged my review on Trustpilot as defamatory again. Despite all the evidence for what I wrote being here and with Trustpilot. Good luck with that, lads.

Negative experience: Would not advise using this company. I was given the INCORRECT address after making payment. Went to find someone else who is not a family member. Whnen addressed I was emailed to pay more money to retrieve the CORRECT address. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. GO ELSEWHERE.

Negative experience: Terrible service. Responded like a robot. Gave minimal information. The information they gave me was very outdated and not accurate. They gave minimal information at first, asked for more money for more accurate results and gave me just a little more inaccurate information. They did the bare minimum. I spent hundreds on outdated public information that I could have gotten without their help. And found more information on my own, not being an investigator. I do not recommend.

Negative experience: Don't use this firm for any type of service, they literally take the money from you and provide you with rubbish data, once you recontact them, then there will be no answer.
