Positive experience: Communication and customer service was initially great. Quick responses to e-mails or calls within less than 24 hours, which included answering questions I had and making arrangements for payment of fees. I was told it would take from 5 to 30 days to complete my request. After submitting payment, I received a report a day and half later indicating they could not find the information I requested. I e-mailed twice with follow-up questions and did not receive a response.

Fantastic experience: We hired The Smith Investigation Agency to help us locate a missing family member. From the first phone call we made, our situation was dealt with professionally but also with sensitivity at every step. We have witnessed firsthand that they are the best in the business and highly recommend them.
Thank you, Rachel, we were happy to work with you and your family and provide you with the results you needed.
Fantastic experience: Such nice ladies to work with. They knew what they were talking about and made sure everything was explained and clear. We were able to use what they got for us in court and we won our case. Very thankful for their hard work and knowledge.
Thank you, Roxanne. It was great to work with you and your family and we were happy to assist.
