Positive experience: Communication and customer service was initially great. Quick responses to e-mails or calls within less than 24 hours, which included answering questions I had and making arrangements for payment of fees. I was told it would take from 5 to 30 days to complete my request. After submitting payment, I received a report a day and half later indicating they could not find the information I requested. I e-mailed twice with follow-up questions and did not receive a response.
