Fantastic experience: Just got good news from Ryan. We Won! We got very aggressive tenants (both the woman and the man) in Fort McMurray. They ran illegal business in the rented house and was caught by police officer. After we received the notice from the police we asked them to stop the business if not move out. Then they denied doing the illegal thing and stopped paying rent and refused to move out and said Alberta Tenant Board instructed them to do so. We ran out all options, but we found NCPS. Ryan is very critical on details. You may not like him when he try to make every evidence solid, but this is necessary for you to win the case in front of the judge. Our tenants even lied in court by saying they paid the rent by cash to us without receipt and the judge even allow them to provide a written or person witness (you know what this meant). They damaged a lot in the house and said not their responsibility at all. Without Ryan's help on gathering the solid evidence, we could not win this case including all the owned rent and the damages. Ryan is still working on the next step now, I will update my review once this case is totally completed.
