Negative experience: This not a creditable company they charge a lot of money with no results. I would not recommend this company they suck. They two different company profiles listed online are they even legit?
Negative experience: No help at all, fully booked and unable to assist. Not 24/7
Good Afternoon, Jeremiah CONWAY.
Just to clarify, the 24/7 applies only to an individual we’ve “accepted” as a client.
We first check for our availability,
If we’re available, we’ll interview the client before accepting their case.
If we’re unavailable, as a courtesy, we always provide a referral link for other agencies/investigators at https://www.aapionline.ca/find-an-investigator.
You were provided with that courtesy link.
I hope you have a nice day - be well.

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank Mark of Covert Investigations Incorporated for doing a difficult job swiftly, plus pleased with the result. (signed) Barry Gresham of Broken Hill, N.S.W., Australia
Fantastic experience: Very detailed orientated organization, I spoke with Mark. He gave me very clear, concise information. He provided very professional grounded support. I can vouch him just from that small conversation I had with him that this is a reputable company and that they seem to be focused on results not on financial gains. So thank you for your time and I'm giving these guys a five-star ratings based on my experience.
Good afternoon, Andrew. Thank you for reaching out to our agency and giving us an opportunity to assist you. Mark
Fantastic experience: I have always had a good luck with Yellow Cabs and when they show up I can be at peace knowing that they have all the requirements to keep me safe and get me to where I need to go.
Fantastic experience: Best investigators in the city they should be called ghost hunters! They find people who think they are untraceable! Excellent service!
Fantastic experience: You cant go wrong with this firm. I reached out to their office through their website and received a call back within 20 - 30 minutes. I was looking for services in relation to corporate matters where Ray was able to guide me through the process and details. I was very impressed with how much information Ray was able to provide as well as the upfront breakdowns on what to expect with the services. I appreciated the direct no gimmick approach to business. Covert Investigations is a up front firm. You wont be disappointed
Thank you for reaching out to my agency and your kind review. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year....Mark.
Fantastic experience: Mark, was very diligent in answering my questions when I was hesitant to hire an investigator to check to see if my husband was cheating on me. Although, I talked forever, he was patient and understanding when I was embarrassed about calling. I retained his agency, for my delicate matter. The video quality was excellent, and I was able to give it to my lawyer for court. I won my case. Thank you Mark for your dedication to my case.
We are glad things worked out for you and your case. Thank you for the stars!

Fantastic experience: Very professional, excellent consultation followed by service
