10 months ago Negative experience: Wow. Can’t believe these people are able to stay in business… was told that they would charge $150 per hour for “this” which included just simply requesting video surveilance from a building management company. There was also a $1.00 per km surcharge for any travel to or from their office. There was also 3 hour minimum and a $275 one time administration fee which was apparently for making any phone calls as well as their final report. She then told me to go see my family dr afterwards to make sure that I am not crazy- after she gave me this ridiculous quote! Unprofessional and actually quite disturbing that someone with that attitude is in this business!

This was meant as a way to ensure that your well-being was being properly supported, as we recognize that situations involving repeated harassment and threats can be difficult to navigate both physically and emotionally.
That said, we recognize that the suggestion could have been better communicated, and we sincerely regret if it felt dismissive or inappropriate. Our goal is always to provide a sensitive and professional approach, and we’re committed to making sure our future interactions align with that.
