Negative experience: Very poor experience. Completely incompetent and very unprofessional. Made decisions they are unauthorised to make while adding to an already stressful situation.

Negative experience: This company provided me with an Affidavit of Service and a Final Report containing incorrect details. They have since ignored my emails and failed to provide me with amended copies.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend risk & security management for all your process serving needs. I have been using their services from 2021 frequently and they have always followed my instructions and worked effectively with my timeframes.

Fantastic experience: I had to engage Risk & Security for an urgent document service, and I was really impressed with how quickly they responded. From the first call, they were professional, easy to deal with, and got things moving straight away. Communication was excellent—they kept me updated throughout the process and made sure I knew exactly what was happening. I had specific instructions for the job, and they followed them perfectly, which gave me a lot of confidence in their service. On top of that, their pricing was really fair for the level of service they provided. No hidden costs, no delays—just a smooth, hassle-free experience.

Negative experience: Terrible service, experience and wasted over four weeks of very valuable time and got ripped off with their attempts. I was recommended this company and they underperformed in every aspect. I engaged them in a process server capacity and they wasted my money and my time. They had terrible communication and response time to any queries. I paid for five attempts to serve and in three weeks, they had made two attempts to serve a simple serve, then absolutely wasted the three more attempts once I pushed them for information and responses, including speaking to the party and not serving them and going during times of the day they were directed to not try. They did not even provide photographs of attempts. I shared my displeasure with them and got no response back again. I engaged another process server that day after my 5th attempt was wasted and they finished the job that day within 4hours of taking the job on in the first attempt. I also paid about 1/3 of the price that Risk & Security Management cost. Do not recommend them for use at all especially in regional towns. They engaged a server from hours away and never mentioned the difficulties it posed on following what I needed.
