Experiencia negativa: Ashley C from this company was extremely rude and their company iqdata systems was considered “dangerous” and even called me and my hiv rep to harass us for a lease we never signed for and she stated we lived there a month then moved out the same month which makes no sense as we never even looked for apartments in my city

Experiencia negativa: I’ve been dealing with this company for the past 3 months after submitting paperwork for them to refund me. Have yet to have any one reach out to me and have to call every week for an “update” which is the same “our team hasn’t looked at it yet”. I feel like they are hoping for you to stop caring and keep your money. Absolute disaster of a company.

Experiencia negativa: The director is the absolute worst. Disrespectful, condescending, grandiose, and arrogant. He cannot have a civil conversation and hangs up. Do better. It’s unacceptable management and deplorable customer service.

Experiencia negativa: This is the most horrible company ever! Rude management staff and rude “account representatives” I’m sorry if you have to deal with these people. They won’t really work with you when life happens and you can pay them.
