Experiencia fantástica: As a retired law enforcement officer since 2002, I started my own private investigative business that year and found I needed help in dealing with the large request of service in the criminal defense work with attorneys. I remembered a friend of mine retiring from RPD, Randy Miller, and asked if he would be willing to assist with criminal cases. The only reason I would ever pick Randy to work cases with me was due to the fact I've known him for 10 years and knew his work ethic, dependability, and honesty to serve the client (attorney) and defendant. After working with Randy over the past 15 years, my judgment in his professionalism has proven to be accurate in my decision to work with him on any and all type of cases.

Experiencia negativa: Randy recently had evidence turned over to wake county that he hides evidence of your innocence to the court. He is a ponzy scheme guy all the way. He is founder of a retired police program that supports retired police which is great but it is a conflict defending a suspect when he finds evidence the police lie like in my case, he says he never saw it even though all of it was discovery not given to me and he lied about it over a recorded line to the jail many times. He will sit there in court and let u go down the road hiding evidence because he got paid Funny how randy miller forgets there are recorded phone conversations of him demoing this evidence of the boat and stuff was in discovery. He lied to my dad about having a meeting set up with the da the day I forced to take no contest plea. They lied to my dad and me about saying tje supeoned the records i needed , come to find out they admitted to my dad they never did. Randy is a scam artist and I think he will realize soon that there is a avidadted filed on him not from me about his lies and deception and him hiding evidence from everyone, he might want to check his own drop box. Now he could be correct that he did share evidence with my attorney that did nothing with it but that will come out soon. By the way my lawyer did not do the plea his had no charges dropped when we had plenty of evidence to show I was innocent.. I think randy forgets about him approaching me and my dad about how it was best to plead guilty even though all of discovery which was kist obtained had everything to clear me from a to z. Randy says , he never saw anything on my disability case which fhe vidio they used was from a different year and time. Well how can a lawyer do a plea honestly with not seeing the fake evidence? Anyways I do appreciate Randy being honest saying he gave his friend all the evidence and discovery. See u all in court in 4 weeks.
