The founder of S A Y F Consulting & Detective Services, Nelson Velazquez, retired from Law Enforcement at the rank of Lieutenant. Nelson earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts and a Masters Degree in Criminal Justice.
Since retiring from law enforcement, Nelson has gained an extensive amount of experience in the private sector working on private investigations (workers' compensation investigations, domestic investigations, slip & fall investigations, criminal defense investigations, witness statements, and technical surveillance countermeasure/electronic bug detection).
Nelson has attended training at Research Electronics International (REI). REI is a recognized leader in Technical Surveillance Counter Measure (TSCM) technology. REI's technical security training courses are designed to teach the basic and advanced procedural concepts of conducting technical surveillance counter measures (TSCM) investigations. REI's training topics included hands-on exercises, using state-of-the-art TSCM equipment in dedicated project rooms that simulate threat scenarios. Threats include RF transmitters with analog and digital modulation techniques, hidden cameras, tapped telephone and LAN lines, infrared, and carrier current.

1 year ago Experiencia negativa: Have tried calling a few times to verify their hours. Drove here on a Saturday based on their Google hours (which have since been updated) and they were closed. Drove there today based on their Google hours saying open til 4 and again closed.

We fingerprint by appointment, and I am sorry you drove to the office and a staff member was not there to serve you. 2 years ago Experiencia fantástica: Nelson, one of the special process servers, went above and beyond to serve a defendant in a case we had. I cannot recommend him enough. He was flexible, dedicated and professional. I have used other special process servers, and I struggled to get service, but Nelson was able to do it on the first attempt. He has a bodycam, does everything by the book and is extremely punctual when you give him tips on defendants' availability. Do yourself a favor and hire this company!
