Experiencia negativa: I wouldn’t Recommend the lady Otp was rude and racist very unprofessional

Experiencia negativa: Another bonds man referred me here because they were not able to reach out to the Harrah area. When I called to help my brother who’s a young man and needed help for a small amount the lady was automatically rude as soon as she answered. She kept asking me questions even though she had his whole report pulled up and knew everything and proceeded to ask me things then would tell me she already knew because she had it pulled up. She then kept degrading my brother when she was reading his record and being very rude to me. She told me that there was no reason for her to help us even though I was offering money to pay. I do no recommend this bonds man and hope nobody else uses them. Very unprofessional, judge mental, and hateful when needing help.
