Experiencia negativa: I had a terrible experience with American Diagnostics. The customer service was incredibly poor – the staff were unresponsive and dismissive of my issues. It felt like they didn't care about their customers at all. On top of that, their prices are ridiculously high. I was shocked at how much they charged for basic services, especially when other companies offer the same tests for much less. I do not recommend American Diagnostics to anyone. It's not worth the hassle or the high cost.

Experiencia fantástica: Found the place last minute on google before getting on a Flight, place was super quick and professional. Was for the USCG renewal. While process took about 15 min starting from walking in.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience at this business. I was acknowledged as soon as I came in the door and told my wait would be a few minutes. After a short wait, I was processed quickly and thoroughly for the required test. All completely professional and friendly. Not sure what is up with the negative reviews...

Experiencia fantástica: DO NOT PAY ATTENTION TO BASHER ALLEN FOX! Total fabricated write-up, as this is a quality family-owned business for the last 13 years. Possibly, Allen works for another drug testing clinic and is feeling the pinch. American Diagnostics is not a medical lab, but deals with an assortment of certified laboratories and pre-employment testing for walk-ins and employers. The place is as clean as it can be kept during a heavy volume day of testing. If any needles were brought in, possibly they were Allen's. Fully accredited and qualified with documentation visible to clients. Obviously, Allen disagrees with employers doing drug and alcohol testing - which keeps the workforce clean, responsible and accident and sick-call free. Actually, American Diagnostics Seattle has every right to sue Allen for defamation - but, probably no use to sink to his level. By the way, American Diagnostics Seattle has a vast assortment of repeated satisfied customers. Always a pleasure to deal with this facility - they go out of their way to help.

Experiencia negativa: From the moment one steps into this business, it is clear that their dominant marketing feature must be a discount fee structure. Although listed as a medical lab, it is actually just a grimy and seedy rental space, achieving the barest minimum to qualify to exploit the pre-employment drug screening industry. The data processing areas consist of two tiny and chaotically disorganized desks pathetically tucked into opposing niches like some accounts receivable tables in a rural gas station, and the "laboratory bench" resembles nothing more than a counter where takeout chicken fried steak with Shigella gravy is the special of the day. Their "clinical standard" restroom (for specimen collection) is slightly better than your average urban public restroom, and it looks like they put a good faith effort into cleaning up the vomit and discarding needles. While I assume that they are accredited and legally qualified, the collection staff will never be confused with laboratory professionals. Raffishly attired for a long day of loitering at the Circle K, my attendant didn't inspire enough confidence to even trust him to change the oil in my car, let alone perform the relatively intimate, serious and legally binding procedure of COLLECTION OF MY URINE, with verifiable chain of custody, and preliminary biochemical testing which has the potential to affect my ability to earn a living. I suppose that those employers that actually care what impression they leave on prospective employees won't be treating them like criminals by subjecting them to invasive and demeaning pre-employment drug testing anyway, but it might be better not to make matters worse by choosing American Diagnostics-Seattle as the business you force your prospective employees to endure.
