Experiencia negativa: My partner contracted Sly Fox to perform a background check. After the initial consultation and retainer price was given, extra money for the retainer was then demanded to begin work with no explanation other than "thats how much it costs". Then after agreeing to a two week window to complete the report the report was not delivered on the deadline date. When reached out to multiple times, emails were left unanswered and calls sent to voicemail. Then finally we were given an update that they had the report, but still they had still yet review the report they pulled, and before they would review we "had better get moving on pay the next invoice" that invoice was paid within an hour, yet the report was not recieved until the next day almost at noon. I'm sure they have other quality services they provide, but if you are looking for a background check especially one focused on criminal activity don't use this organization. They will deliver late and and charge you additional money for the pleasure of you waiting. *edit for the business owner. You say you suggested an earlier date set than the original requested deadline. You didn't make either the earlier date or our requested deadline. Not sure how you can say in good faith that you did not deliver late, when on the date of the deadline you even said over the phone that you hadn't even looked at the report yet. The additional invoice was paid and then it took about 20 hours after that interaction to get that report.
