Their customer service and staff have truly been a bright spot in an otherwise challenging divorce and custody process. They’ve gone above and beyond to be professional, supportive, and incredibly helpful, even acting as a liaison between the courts, opposing counsel, and my attorney. Their assistance has made a meaningful difference during a tough time for me and my child. I'm so grateful for their compassion and dedication!

Experiencia fantástica: Has the dot driver these tests are fairly normal for us. I have experienced places that you get stuck waiting for 2 hours and the staff are extremely on professional and I've experienced places in Iran by two people who get you in and out in 30 seconds. This place is closer to the ladder. They're more of a professional setup, but they get you in and out really quickly and they are very friendly and customer service oriented. Would definitely go here again just due to the pure friendliness alone, even if that meant I had to wait in line which again with this place there is no wait till you're getting the best of both worlds!

Experiencia negativa: DO NOT TRUST THE RESULTS OF ANY COURT ORDERED DRUG TESTING FROM THIS FACILITY! Rosetta does not observe the clients while they provide the urine DESPITE SIGNING OFF ON “observed collections”! Trusting the result of a court ordered test to ensure my children are safe when with their father, yet knowing he’s allowed to close the door when giving his urine… use someone else’s urine and “oh well”. This is WRONG AND IM NOT GOING TO STOP HERE!

Experiencia fantástica: I was in and out in 10 minutes. Great to see Covid protocol in place to keep safe! Friendy staff who were very efficient.

Experiencia negativa: This place is a joke the staff is extremely rude and not helpfull at all. I paid $200 for a hair follicle twice and was told they would call me with my results. I never got a call for either hair follicle and when I called them they were extremely rude and told me my results are prohibited...are you kidding me I paid $200 twice for 2 separate hair follicles and I'm not allowed to see the results this place is a joke and the employees are extremely rude and disrespectful.

Experiencia negativa: I provided the specimen for testing and got no receipt just a credit card receipt and I doubt someone called and tried to change my evidence for court and lady who returned the specimen said no paper work that it's not altered washed or changed and promised to send me email but not received any. I need to talk to mr Terri the owner to report the misconduct.
