Experiencia negativa: Terrible experience with the location in Harlingen if you would even call it a location more like a shed where they remove all your vehicle belongings and store them. When I picked up my belongs I didnt even get everything back several items like brand new umbrellas and folding chairs missing and of course the change i had in the car i know it wasn't much but it was mine and very sad that they were so unprofessional to not even care that we didn't get all of our belongings.

Experiencia negativa: They never came to pick up my car after two weeks and ultimately are costing me close to $500.00 because of it. I spoke with Andrew and he did not care.

Experiencia negativa: Re-Post: These people need to be shut down the way they speak and treat people. Zero experience in customer service, whatsoever. The rudest woman I've ever spoken to, and I will be making sure that TDLR Will be hearing from us. We do not tolerate behavior like that from anyone, especially the woman on the phone awhile ago, when we were only trying to pick up a vehicle for Alliance Auto Auction on April 21st, TDLR will hear the conversation and will see how rude and disturbing she is to customers. Not one, but 2 in a 20 minute period. They will be dealt with by TDLR from this point. This is not a laughing matter, like she this it is. More to Follow. Re-posted due to Alliance Auto Auction taking their side and not protecting their contractor from a disturbed company (1st Adjusters) employee. We do everything to stay away from issues like this, and was removed from the people we respected and treated 100% very well, in all aspects for just doing what they asked us to do. And made sure they had the best service possible, and they took it all the wrong way with agreeing with 1st Adjusters bad behavior. All in all, it had nothing to do with Alliance Auto Auction. When a company makes bad comments to my employees they will hear in return from a review, and that is exactly what happened, nothing against Alliance auto auction and had nothing to do with them whatsoever.

Experiencia negativa: I spoke to two ladies that had very poor attitudes claiming that the lot appointments were filled for the day. I had sent my notice 24 hours in advance and they started telling me how wrong I was and how incredibly busy the lot was... I had been sitting outside the lot for an hour and a half seeing no movement... To which I called in and was greeted with shrill demeanor... Advised that if I don't like my line of work I should find another... I enjoy my line of work thank you for advising me that I sit in a truck all day... How rude do y'all have to be? I worked Marriott Customer Care as a supervisor for reservations internationally... Had I ever addressed someone that way they were addressing me I would have lost my job...

Experiencia fantástica: They were kind and considerate. Mary Ann gave me all the information I needed to pick up my car, she even sent me a text after our telephone conversation just to be sure I got all the information correct
