6 years ago Experiencia negativa: I hired Jeff to find my run away daughter, after being reassured that they used state of the art tools and techniques unavailable to police. Jeff made a great pitch especially to a distraught parent who only had one thing on their mind; hoping for a safe return of their child! While I knew $1600 was a lot of money and most investigators only charge $50-$100 per hour, I didn’t care I would have given anything to get my daughter back. Fortunately within just over a day of hiring Jeff, my daughter called me and returned home that evening without any intervention. I reached out to Jeff not to ask for my money back but to ask if we could adjust the price because they were unable to obtain any information or whereabouts regarding my daughter. I was basically brushed off and given a lame excuse that she was really hard to find. (A 12 year old with an IPhone and an Instagram account) I feel that Jeff took advantage of me and exploited the situation. I believe people should be paid for the work they do but in this case there just wasn’t anything close to $1663.00 in time, effort or results. Hopefully this post will help someone to avoid the costly mistake I’ve made by choosing Jeff and hire somebody else with better ethics.
Michael, there are several things you are leaving out of this review, and some inaccuracies. First of all, you called me on a holiday and I responded right away to meet you because I take missing children cases very seriously. Second, I did not make a "pitch". I told you missing children cases can be tough because they do not always leave a trail. She was not actively using her phone and I kept you updated with what we were finding as myself and my other investigator worked on it. I told you upfront that you were paying for our time we put out on this, but I never promise a certain outcome, that is impossible to do. And your daughter did not come home the next day as you stated, we put in much more time than that. I did not give you a lame excuse, we had put in more time than the retainer you gave us when she came home on her own. When you're dealing with human nature, you can no more promise a certain result than a doctor can promise that he can heal you. I was very clear about that upfront with you, and I do not employ hard sale tactics. It is sad that you feel you have to hide behind a keyboard and commit libel and not even be truthful about the events. That is cowardly and unethical.

8 years ago Experiencia fantástica: I have used Quantum on several occasions and have been pleased with the results. When hiring the services of a private investigator you have to be prepared to provide as much information as possible. Provide everything that you know and have on your situation. You cannot just provide a a name and say go find them. Prividing all the information will allow them to narrow it down faster and save you money in the long run. Patience is a virtue when hiring a company like this. It does not happen overnight. The team at Quantum is very helpful and understanding. I heard nothing for almost a month, then the information started pouring in. I thought that I had been forgotten. As they got the information, I would get emails asking about the new developments. This allowed us to work together to get my situation taken care of. It is a team effort. They did a great job! Very pleased...

They've been around in the Phoenix area for years and their investigators were some of the most experienced investigators that you can find with backgrounds in insurance fraud investigation ,missing persons, infidelity, etc. I've used them several times and the best thing I like about the company is their fees are reasonable and they go out of their way to ensure success and have often given me free advice on how to solve my issues without using an investigator . Money-wise Quantum investigations is your best bet!
