Experiencia positiva: Our landlord uses Rent Perfect, I have to say it's the easiest way to get applications in all the way through signing your lease. Actually, I ran into a snag trying to sign, and I emailed and also called Rent Perfect, I had my answer from both ways in a few short minutes. I'm disappointed the walk through checklist is not available. I believe that's an important part of renting to document little existing imperfections that are not to be your fault later. Everything you fill out and sign, however, is there for viewing or for you to download or print. Highly recommend this service.

Experiencia positiva: Friendly customer service here , yet surprised that they won't credit me for accidently paying for prospective tenant background check my first day on the site. There is not a double redundant button-- ' are you sure you want to pay for this ' ? Use this site with caution .

Experiencia negativa: So I was looking to rent a home and their screening process was through Rentperfect. I completed the application and at the end it stated they were unable to order a screening..Keep in mind I was charged the 50$ fee for the screening. So they asked me to either email or call customer Svc to have things reset so I could start over.. I sent an email and was told they were going to reset my authentication because the most likely culprit was a typo-where I could have entered my info wrong like a possible typo on my SS# or DOB or NAME etc- which I see as possible because I did it on my phone and rather quickly. I was unable to find time to redo it -so it was never completed. I was then told they will not issue a refund. Someone named Brittney emailed me saying they give no refunds. So I paid to basically hit SUBMIT. They should have a process in place that only charges a customer if they do a screening-not charge customers for hitting SUBMIT Another email stated they were able to a background check but could not do a credit report pull. HUH? Makes no sense- if I entered wrong info how did they do any kind of background check? I have the answer! They didn’t! I take responsibility for the typo when I entering my info... but how do you keep funds for something you didn’t do. They provided me no service and were paid for providing me nothing I am sure there a few happy customers with this company- I am just not one! I am surely going to reach out to the BBB to complain of this situation. STAY AWAY FROM RENTPERFECT IF YOU CAN PLEASE!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I appreciate the thoroughness and promptness of the Rent Perfect team. It makes it easy for me to decide on tenants. They meet the criteria, they're automatically approved. If they don't, it takes me out of the decision making and provides me with the third party decision so I can move to the next applicant. It saves me time, energy and headaches having a third party service processing tenant applications. Thanks, Rent Perfect.
