Experiencia fantástica: If I could give Medrano & Associates more than 5 stars I would! My mom was having her house tented for termites. My brother, former law enforcement, told me to get security because tented houses are target for burglary. My mom was very nervous. Mike Medrano and his Associate showed up on time. Their professionalism, kindness, and integrity was so impressive. Even my mom felt at ease with these men guarding her home. If you need anything having do with security, please try Medrano and Associates.

Experiencia negativa: Non-responsive. Charged me $900 and I had to find out from my attorney about court records from another state. So why did I pay medrano for a background check when my attorney was able to get more information? Medrano told me he would have the background check by a certain date, 2 weeks later I still didn't hear from him. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, by not reaching out right away. However, when no courtesy email was sent to keep me updated on my case, i reached out. When I reach out he acts like he's being inconvenienced. I paid for a service that didn't arrive on time you're the inconvenience, not me.

Experiencia negativa: Did nothing for me. Charge me for what I already knew. Lost the person while performing his job. His performance were horrible.

Experiencia fantástica: DON’T LET YOUR CHILD GO ANOTHER DAY WITHOUT YOU DOING EVERYTHING YOU CAN FOR THEIR WELLBEING! This is what caught my attention. My children's voices and my pleads for help were going unanswered for over a year and a half. I could not have had the proof I needed for the judge in my case to finally listen and "see" for himself. They say a picture is worth 1000 words well, to my kids and I the pictures were absolutely priceless!! Mike was such a blessing to us! I am more than pleased with his professional work, his quick response to action, reasonable pricing, and the results in my case. Thank you so much again Mike!!!!
