Experiencia negativa: Never use this company..deceptive and sneaky even when your a customer

Experiencia negativa: I have used this server multiple times and each time I have had to stay on top of them to make sure they do there job. Most recently, A notice was sent to serve and paid in April. The service wasn't done until 4 days before the court date which made for the court to be adjourned. Though I had did my portion, using a company that lacked follow though caused for me to waste my time today. Would not recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: I spoke to Lekeia on the 1st day and she gave me all the details about the process. So, I hired them. A week later, I was unsure if the service had been taken care of and I called with frustration. Lekeia was VERY professional and demonstrated great confidence in her employees and called me back and kept her word. I am extremely impressed with her level of service and commitment. All, I can say is WOW!

Very professional and upfront about their services, requirements and needs from our side. Our office is out of state from where this Process Server is based but they were able to work with us to get things done through a time difference and the pandemic. Would definitely recommend their services to anyone in need of process serving!
