On-Call Legal Process Servers

Experiencia negativa: 1 star. Do not trust this company. I made a mistake on the address, and within 1–2 minutes of submitting the order I emailed On Call Legal Inc. to correct it. They failed to update the address before sending the server out, the first attempt failed, and then they charged my card a second time to serve the same person without my consent or approval. I did not authorize a second payment. This feels devious and dishonest. If you use them, watch your card closely and get everything in writing. The photo attached shows the second charge on my card.

They also had the most helpful website of all the attorney services with the fees clearly listed as well as the best customer service, which is why I felt confident selecting them out of the many process server companies I researched. And I felt reassured knowing that their process servers were registered and bonded, which can be required. I was contacted by the party served shortly after the service to settle the case.

Experiencia negativa: Had a court order and they didn’t bother serving and submitted to the court they did. Made huge mistakes, cost thousands (a stake out!) and Bree was completely incompetent and refused to admit the mistake of not serving. Lapd could not investigate an incident following this mistake and they refused to make it correct. Nearly cost my life as it was a RO, and a person who became a criminal.
