Experiencia fantástica: I've used this service before and was quite satisfied. About a week and a half ago I spoke to Cara about a second service. She was going to get back to me that day. No response. About a week ago I left a voice message. No response. I guess that's their way of saying they don't want your business. Time to look for someone else. Received a phone call from the owner, Michael Braa, yesterday 8-1-25. His main concern was the star rating I initially gave, not how can we work together to correct any problems. From the conversation it was painfully obvious that he had not read my review or text response to Cara, his main girl in the office. The first words out of his mouth and through most of the conversation, was a matter of self praise for the job they did in March for me (I said that, first thing, in this narrative) and ignored the fact that my discussion was on the last couple of weeks. He then went on to complain about the fee I was charged for previous work. I did not set the fee, the company did and I paid it without question. Cara's text to me asked the right question, "how can we fix this?" and I told her, a contract with your company to do additional work, no discount, just the usual fee. Mr. Braa had asked me if I expected them to do additional work for free. Apparently he either ignored my response to Cara or didn't care to read it. In the end he adamantly stated that he would no longer do any business with me (as I previously stated) for which I am thankful. Being defensive and confused is not a good business model nor someone I would choose to do business with. Mr. Braa, since the stars are al you're concerned about, I'll give them to you, but the narrative stays for me.

Experiencia fantástica: I had an employee who was home due to an injury. A co-worker saw the individual at the gym running on a treadmill. We hired Atlantis Investigations to determine if this was a onetime thing. Over a week span, they were able to get video of him going to the gym, doing a side job as a handyman and some other things contradicting his claims of being injured. They were professional, provided good video and a nice written report as well. Good work Atlantis. I will recommend to anyone needing services in the future!

API did a great job in answering our calls and replying to our emails in a timely manner. Michael is a great listener and has great communication skills. When the project was done I was surprised with the detailed report they created for us, it was more than expected. Their fees are very reasonable. If I need a private investigator again, I will definitely work with Michael.
