Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience with a rush service. The team at Front Range, helped me get the documents out the door so the service could be done quickly. Very easy to work with. Recommend! Taylor was very helpful and professional.

Experiencia negativa: They SPECIFICALLY asked me for the address I would like someone served at and then proceeded to attempt to serve at a different address, but not the address I requested. When I called all I got was an OOPS and We will void that invoice... More than likely I will not be able to serve this person because they will receive notice that I am attempting to serve them by the person who took over their old lease. NOT PROFESSIONAL, DO NOT USE!

Experiencia negativa: What a terrible experience. We sent in our papers to be served and they just held them until it was too late to serve. We had to file the papers again with the court with a promise from Front Range to serve them at a discount. Once again, they held the papers until time ran out. After having to file the papers for a third time, we went with someone else. Do not use this company if you need something served. Just HORRIBLE!!!!!!

Experiencia negativa: EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I paid them to serve papers, they kept my papers for several days, and when I asked them when they would be served, they ignored me. The manager put me on hold, didn't pick up. Then they did not answer my subsequent phone calls. They ended up issuing me a email saying they will not serve my papers. Although they refunded me, I had wasted a week waiting for them, and had to hire a different service to get the job done.

Asked again, no response. Asked again, and they finally responded with how they don't work for free, and that I never sent paper. Confused since this whole exchange happened over e-mail, I reviewed everything to see what I missed. Not having used them before I wasn't familiar, and no mention of payment. I missed the deadline to serve, and someone finally called me back and apologized, but at this point it was too late. Poor customer service, slow to response, and rude via e-mail.

Experiencia fantástica: I had two days left to file a motion in a Denver court. I don't live there. It was a horrible blizzard in Denver, yet Front Range got the job done. The staff are professional, reliable and I can't recommend them enough.

Experiencia fantástica: Being an out of State company we needed someone in CO to serve papers for us. Having a failed experience with other processors (unable to deliver after a month) we took the advice of locals and went with Front Range. Our processor Kevin Oswald was courteous professional and got done in a day what others couldn't in a month! Very thorough and did the job professionally! Very pleased and would recommend them without a doubt! If you have someone who is 'hiding'... they will get them!!

Experiencia fantástica: Our firm has used Front Range for service throughout Colorado over the past several years. We don't file many lawsuits in Colorado, but when we do, Front Range is our "go-to" process server. They are efficient and easy to communicate with both in the initial claims placement and when follow up is needed.

Experiencia fantástica: I used to practice on the Front Range and my assistant used FRLPS a lot. They are great for service when the recipient is easy to track down and not trying to dodge. They are professional and very quick. I now have my own practice in a smaller town away from the Front Range, but I always reach out to FRLPS when I need something done in that area. Reasonably priced and very expedient!

Experiencia positiva: My experience with FRLPS has usually been very good. The only problem was with service on the IRS. I provided some outdated information as to location but indicated I was sure FRLSP routinely served the IRS and to correct it if necessary. The result was three service attempts and an extra $100. Eventually the IRS was served and in fact they have now filed a disclaimer.

They were able to serve the subpoena during the middle of a blizzard with only a morning's notice of the location of the defendant. I would recommend this company to anybody!
