Experiencia negativa: I should have listened to the negative reviews on Google before I contacted Denver, but I brushed them off because I thought the reviewers were difficult clients. However, they were spot on how Denver conducted his business. I came to Denver to help me find the name and address of the buyer who bought the car from me many years ago. I told Denver that I tried everything to get the name, but due to a restricted law, DMV will not release that information. I consulted with Denver for a long time on the phone and hoped that he could help me. Denver would smooth talk me into that he has been in this field of work for a long time and he has friends and connections to help me get that information. His voice sounded sincere and I thought he genuinely wanted to help people who were in my situation. Therefore, I immediately paid him a fee that he requested. A few weeks later, Denver left me several voicemails regarding information that I already knew or I didn’t need. He didn’t mention the buyer's name and address which was the critical information that I hired him for. I tried to call him back several times, but he completely ignored me. I learned a great lesson from this is that I can’t trust any private investigator, even the ones with licenses. If these guys ask to be paid 100% up front, you better re-negotiate with them and pay them 50% to start and 50% when the job is done. Otherwise, you will end up like me with vague information. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
