Experiencia negativa: This is the worst private instigator group I've ever encountered. A monkey could've done a better job. They are incompetent, they lie publicly about their clients and what they didn't do. This company couldn't even locate a little bit being picked up from school everyday by the same vehicle. One day they even charged us and refused to follow him because "it was raining." Now, my son is in a harmful situation and these quacks refuse to refund any money, when they didn't resolve the issue or do any work. I provided more information than needed. We are taking Brian Reschke to court to sue him. He's so unprofessional he actually cursed at me on the phone, due to his poor performance to get a simple job done. Worst company ever! I'd recommend going with anyone else, this guy actually asked my stepfather and I to do his job and go to my sons school. This is a sad excuse for any type of investigative company.

Experiencia negativa: I can't speak for the value of their investigative services, but rather how they interact with people that they feel isn't directly connected into making them $$. I attempted to call requesting information in regards to employment and wasn't able to initially get through. Within a reasonable amount time Brian called back to follow up on the missed call. I asked him if there were any employment opportunities and he immediately said no (which I'm fine with). I very briefly requested if I could pick his brain on the industry, and he interrupted without hesitation to inform me that he simply "didn't have time for this and was too busy," then abruptly hung up on me. I understand he is probably very busy, but his lack of willingness to assist a new college graduate and combat veteran seeking "mere professional advice" proved that he only has time for "paying" clients. He could of scheduled an appointment to offer professional advice as opposed to how he handled it. Brian, word of advice: Next time you "make the time" to call someone back, don't tell them in under ten seconds that you don't "have the time." Kind of counter intuitive. I appreciate your selflessness.
