Experiencia fantástica: I found and chose Bringhurst Process Service on NAAPS and have had an overall great experience with them. As someone that lives out-of-state, Bringhurst has been paramount in my legal case. I have mostly worked with Brittany who has been extremely communicative from the start; she has handled the matters of my case expeditiously. For anyone residing out-of-state looking for a process service company, I feel confident that you will be in good hands!

Experiencia negativa: Just to put it out there, since this company likes to go to places I have never lived. Bother my family or friends again and I will take that as harassment. If you want to serve me, your gonna have to do so outside the state of Utah, since I don't live in that state. If you try to proceed, and I will monitor case filings since they are publicly available. You will be committing a crime. Which by other reviews seems like you have done before. I will gladly press for criminal or civil penalties against you. Since I have documentation and proof that I have not lived in that state for almost 2 years. You might want to rethink how good your private investigators are or else you would know that and would need to proceed through proper channels in the state actually live in. But don't worry. I will also leave reviews for the FTC and BBB about your company. Have a nice day.

Experiencia negativa: They quite literally knocked on my door for 30 minutes although they’ve been told the person they’re looking for isn’t here. Then she left paperwork for the wrong person and wrote it was served to Jane Doe. I called their office for another 30 minutes after that and couldn’t get ahold of anyone. They clearly don’t know the law and think they can harass people. I called to have someone pick up their paperwork and they laughed at me over the phone and said I was welcome to call the police. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY

Experiencia negativa: They do not properly serve defendants and commit fraud and perjury by claiming defendant was served by stating John or Jane Doe accepted service, who is authorized to accept service. However, there is no John or Jane Doe at location, defendant is not located at supposed location and there is no one at the supposed address authorized to accept service on behalf of defendant.

Experiencia fantástica: Brittany was the person I worked with the most. I felt like they did care about my case. She was very informative on the entire process, since the court house I filed with wasn't. They kept me updated and was very good at how they sought out information. Thank you for making this situation a bit smoother for me!

Experiencia fantástica: Maria, and the rest of the Bringhurst Team is always amazing, and so easy to work with! The Bringhurst Team is experienced and always gets my service request right, in a timely fashion. Bringhurst (and Team) always confirms receipt service requests, so I never worry something is missed, or slips through the cracks. I receive upfront communications regarding any special or out of the ordinary service request, such as rush or out of area (additional mileage) fees. But all the fees are fair and very reasonable. The majority of my service requests are complete within 7 days of the initial request. I always receive an accurate detailed Declaration of Service (of all the service events, attempts, and times), and of the Billing Invoices (for said service) quickly and most-importantly accurate.

Experiencia negativa: The man who came had apparently missed my wife and I by a few minutes the first time upon second try he had looked into our kitchen window and startled my wife and daughter and proceeded to open my front door when my wife had ran to the bedroom to get me and call police I confronted said man he gave me a fake name and said he was a constable (which was a lie) when I contacted the company a week ago never heard anything back I noticed today he also swore on affadavit that he tried six times but when I reviewed security camera he had tried 1 time roughly 45 minutes prior to me confronting him! I will be seeking redress

I needed an extremely difficult service of process done where I needed an individual personally served in Salt Lake City despite the fact the only information I had on the person was a name and DOB. To make matters worse, the individual did not have a current address or a known cell phone number at the time. Bringhurst somehow completed this job in under a week despite the lack of information I gave them. I would highly recommend them for service of process and investigative services.

Experiencia negativa: Someone came trying to knock my door in, yelling at me though the door, scaring my children, demanding me to open the door. Last I checked, your company should treat people how they want to be treated. Trying to knock someone’s door down at 8pm at night scaring small children should never be allowed. Shame on you guys! I’ll be contacting the BBB and attorney for this.
