Experiencia negativa: I was rudely treated by one of their security guards. Someone needs to remind him that he is security and not a local LEO (law enforcement officer). Really bad professionalism to confront someone then 10-49 to your company office like a child. Next time 10-23 and "talk to" the person and not "demand" them to do something. Here is a suggestion next time take a step back and Code 5 the situation and assess it properly. Oh and when you write your DAR go ahead and make yourself look all high and mighty, and forget to put the actual details in your report, you know the detail where you are supposed to use quotation marks "-" and put what I said down verbatim. There are more professional security companies then this one.
