Experiencia negativa: Very rude staff. Would not entertain a return or exchange for an unopened item with the reciept.

Experiencia negativa: I bought a humidifier over $600. After a while the app stopped sending notifications so I wouldn't know if someone enter my house. I contacted the support team, send them the humidifier. They said the camera is working but the problem is from the app. They contacted the developer, but they get no answer. I called the shop that i bought it from and they have no solution. They said they sold me the camera and the app. So I end up wasting over $600. The manufacturer has no solutions and there is no way to contact the app developer.

Experiencia positiva: Great shop with some really cool gadgets. The staff was friendly and helpful and it was worth spending a couple of extra dollars to shop local and get a level of service far beyond what I would have online.

Experiencia negativa: There's nothing here you can't find online at a third or even a quarter of the cost. Apparently no one gave them the message, it's 2017 & this technology is much more accessible than they think.
