Once an application is submitted, the approval and issuance of the card are handled by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) under the Department of Homeland Security. Unfortunately, we do not have control over the time it takes for the application to be processed or for the card to be issued. We advise all applicants to contact the TSA if they do not receive their TWIC card within two weeks of their application submission.
