Thank You for your feed back, we take these reviews serious. We looked into the issue with the wait time. Unfortunately, one agent was posting a bond locally and another was out of the area. As far as the discounts, we offer 20% discounts for qualifying clients. Unfortunately, not everyone qualifies for those discounts, but we try to come up with the best payment plan for each unique situation. We're sorry we were unable to help you this time.
