They found and served my person in a heated situation with little to no timetable or location. So I used them again when my need was for more of a formality service with time/local information present. Both times were handled swiftly and with professionalism. They handle Legal follow through expertly. When situations are thick, the peace of mind in knowing the proper, considerate, and thorough service is complete, is a relief!

I had a defendant I needed served for small claims court and I contacted them around 7 PM when most business would be closed. I talked to Kraig who owns the business and is also a lawyer. He help walk me through what I needed to do to get the ball rolling and kept in contact with me through the next day which is when the person was served. His team got the job done within 24 hours, which is way faster than I would have expected. If I ever need a process server again I will be coming back.

Called me and let me know she was served and that ill be getting official documents. Gotcha services allowed me to phone in and let them know when she was on the property and available to be served. Kraig returned my call quickly, even though he was on vacation. He was very helpful, and his assurance made me feel much better. The process was so easy on my part. Highly recommend.

This has exacerbated my health issues due to delays in treatment which landed me in the hospital. Working with Gotcha made serving my landlord with the small claims paperwork was simple and straight forward. It reduced a lot of my stress. I appreciated how communicative Kraig was throughout the process even when I was a bit neurotic. Gotcha quickly served my property manager right after the Labor Day Holiday. Hopefully I won't have to use Gotcha's services again anytime soon, but wouldn't hesitate to use them again. And I'll make sure to recommend them if the occasion arises. 5 star service.

He broke down the process and fees and answered all my questions. I've been trying and trying to serve my Ex-wife some court documents but she's so elusive. It cost me more money to reschedule court hearings and to pay the filing fees over and over, especially when you have an attorney. Long story short. Gotcha Legal Services were able to serve the court documents to my Ex-wife the very next day after I just spoke with him. I was amazed. I don't know how they did it, but they did. Very satisfied. Kraig then emailed me all the documents from there side that I needed. Job well done! If you need to serve someone, look no further... Thank you Kraig & the Gotcha Legal Services Team....

He then called me back to apologize and said that he had just woke up, but still with the same bad attitude. Don’t pick the phone up if you’re that sleepy man. - reply: you’re shady man and like I told you on the phone I don’t want your services. There’s no reason for me to have a chip on my shoulder, I won case. Anyone who reads this stay far away from his business!
