Experiencia negativa: Don't waste your money. I provided plenty of information. No passport or ID. Plenty of genuine pictures and information. Turned it around in less than 3 days. Didn't tell me anything néw just sent a report with everything on confirming what I already knew myself and had provided for them. Threatened legal action because I didn't pay on time. Difficult from a hospital bed. Emailed and said I would pay them asap. Still harrassed by 2 phone calls and emails the next day. Feels like ive been scammed again to the tune of $600 told them this. They have themselves well covered. Saying I didn't provide ID or passport. Of which I told them I didn't have at the start. So why didn't they say that they couldn't investigate without this. Save your hard earned cash. Or put it down the drain.

Experiencia positiva: I recently learned from a lawyer that all records related to adoption are sealed and can only be accessed through the courts approval in Russia. I gave a 3 star rating because Wymoo should’ve been aware of the above (if they didn’t know, now they do). On a positive, they did have a good response time to emails. May use them in the future but not for adoption related records.

Nothing was accurate, not one item. wymoo had a bunch of excuses including that I "was a foreigner and could not understand the contract". I was born and raised in the US, nice try. I would think that a company would be concerned that their reports were 100% WRONG!!! Agree? This is a scam!
