Going through alot right now and i needed him to serve separation papers but I didnt want my ex to pull some bs so I had him wait he delivered them right when I needed. David made some pretty robust claims about things he could do to find a difficult service. But when the address my own research found turned out to be wrong, he wanted me to pay a second time to try a second address; when I asked him questions about his service I'd been led to believe I was paying for multiple attempts, overall, not multiple attempts at a single address. Three stars because he did successfully serve the person eventually, but the sales pitch should have been clearer.

He went to the courthouse (twice!) to pick up my documents, and was responsive with e-mail, phone calls, and sending me photos of my documents. He served the process papers within hours, and then sent me the confirmation of successful e-filing very late that same night. Overall, I felt he paid great attention to my case--which was needed--resolving it cheerfully and efficiently. I would certainly use Daybreak again if I need similar service in the future.
