Experiencia fantástica: I tried calling several other listed businesses in this same category, with no luck getting a live person to actually speak with.... This place was the ONLY business that actually answered their phone during business hours, & even addressed my 50 random questions....Lol TBH I usually don't give many 5 star reviews... I went outta my way for this one.

Experiencia negativa: This man is willing to give inconclusive results and then tell people they are facts. He is a fraud. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I redacted the entire report provided (3 pages of subjective conjecture, nothing from the actual 8-12 page report promised on the website) when I sent it to another professional for an opinion. This other professional called me five minutes later, told me he refused to take my money...and then told me the green line in my reports was a flat line. This is the only line the military uses to test people...it is the only line that absolutely cannot be manipulated, according to the professional. It was a flat line. Mr. Elkins told me he would send me the uncompressed file to prove he had done his job correctly, but then decided to text me about my relationship problems, and how I may better them. He blamed me and told me he was factually correct and I was crazy. He text me and treated me like a criminal...not the person that hired him for the exam. Anyone who uses this service is forewarned.

My girlfriend was the one taking the test and he made sure she was comfortable and at ease by the time we got to the questions. That meant alot to both of us. She passed. I have zero, absolute zero doubt, that the test results were 100% accurate. I have a paranoid mind bc I've seen what people are capable of and I didn't want to be hurt. While the circumstances that took me to Ultimate Edge weren’t the greatest, long story short ex boyfriend thought I cheated and I was trying to prove otherwise, the experience was remarkable. I went in specifically for a polygraph test. I had never gotten one done and was very nervous on what to expect and the whole process. Bryan was very professional and demonstrated amazing compassion and knowledge walking me through the process and explaining the reasons behind every step. From the beginning, I received quick responses right away to even after the test had ended still receiving answers to follow up questions. I would highly recommend Ultimate Edge to anyone!

I was told I would be updated and would receive a report. I received neither and the guy just took my money. I paid a 500.00 deposit and received nothing but his voicemail. He is a smooth talker and should be arrested for fraud.

Experiencia fantástica: Had Bryan come over on short notice to conduct a couples Polygraph exam. Bryan was courteous and professional. Equipment looked in good shape. He was able to validate my suspicions, girlfriend was a pathological liar. I've told him he saved my life. Worth every penny!

His "top dog" bill sat at the wrong house couldn't identify anyone in or around the right house and this was a total waist of time and money! So you may want to consider the other reviews maybe just his friends or family because the service I received was grade school false promises and I didn't even recieve a report at ALL, nor even a call back for seven days after he was paid 1st and job complete! (If you want to call it that!) more like 6hours purchased was complete! DONT WAISTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS FACE VALUE "INVESTIGATOR" I did and would have had better luck at the casino with my $600....
