Experiencia negativa: Absolutely disappointing experience. Booked out over a month in advance for a meeting that required security because of federal requirements, and I get a call from my team that the security officer has not arrived after 1.5 hours of the meeting starting. When I called dispatch, they informed me that the officer was not coming and yet they never called to inform me. Tried to find other solutions but obviously nothing was able to assist at this point as the meeting was in a more rural location. Personally, I think signing a contract should tie both parties to an obligation, but obviously they don't think so. To top it off, they said if they could find an officer, he would only be charged for the amount of time he was there? Why wouldn't that be a full refund and even more due to the fact that this was so poorly mishandled to the point it might mess up the entire project. Shame on Ranger Guard, could never recommend them to anyone.

Robert did a PHENOMENAL job! We had not worked with Ranger Guard previously, and had a wonderful experience! Robert was very communicative and inquired thoroughly as to what was expected of him. He was in constant communication with me, and very attentive to all activities with the event. Interacting with parents, staff and kids and ensuring we were safe and taking the initiative to be proactive during a parent event on campus to keep them going in the right direction. He was great and the customer service was top notch!

We had tried other security firms, however, their people often showed up late and sloppy, if at all. Once we found Ranger Guard, we were much happier. Their officers were on time, meticulous and very professional. We have maintained their presence on our premises since and have not had the issue recur.

I really like the security of knowing when a house has been burglarized so that I can make sure everything is locked up in the house. This service is worth its weight in gold. I called the owner of Ranger Guard to report suspicious activity and he was very interested and concerned and took down the information to be on the lookout.

Experiencia negativa: I had hired Ranger Guard for protective services back in November of 2020 for a period of 2 weeks. When we reassessed the level of risk after a couple of days it was determined we no longer needed security that was armed. At this point I emailed Jonah Nathan to inform him that we needed to cancel the remainder of the contract. He then informed me that they couldn't cancel it, but then later said "I think we figured it out". This was a flat out lie. The only thing they figured out was how to bill me for the entire period of time, regardless of terminating the remainder of the contract, which was in compliance with the terms of the contract. I have now been fighting an illegal overcharge in excess of $7,000 for the past couple of months. I have been met with radio silence from them. You're betting off having someone sit in a lawn chair with a broom handle. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. UPDATE: As I said above I had nothing but radio silence, that is until I posted this. I then received an email in which I was told there would be no "conversation" about this, not that there ever was a conversation. As I had waited for a response from them for over a month. Once more the response of "I think we figured it out" is an affirmation and confirmation of our desire to cancel the remainder of the contract. It's unfortunate they didn't honor the contract.

Experiencia negativa: Booked and paid in advance for their services. The guard never showed up. Answering service had no way of getting in touch with dispatch. We were left hanging. After an hour, we had to cancel our function. Not the kind of security service you want to do business with.

Experiencia fantástica: Ranger Guard and Investigations did a great job helping us at our business. We were dealing with a criminal trespasser, and the Ranger guard on site actually had to deal with this guy. Most security companies are used to showing up and never running interference. They handled themselves extremely well. Not only that, but their owner came out to the property with their top lieutenant on our first day to make sure the trespasser knew we meant business. Additional, the owner would. stop by after the first day and make sure and check on the situation. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone.
