Experiencia negativa: I’ve worked with Atlanta Process Servers before and returned to them recently for additional services. While they’ve fulfilled past requests, I’ve consistently had to follow up multiple times to to move things along which has been a source of frustration. In my most recent experience, they failed to respond to several direct inquiries over multiple weeks, despite multiple follow-ups. The lack of responsiveness, organization and clarity made it difficult to move forward. They might be suitable for straightforward service requests, but be prepared for delays and the need for persistent follow-up.

Experiencia fantástica: I wish I could give them 10 stars. I came to them after not trusting a competitor to be able to get it done and Atlanta Process Servers stepped up. I appreciated their coordination with the server so their time wasn't wasted. I really appreciate the speed and service! I totally recommend and would use again!!

Experiencia negativa: PLEASE DO NOT USE THE THIS SERVICE AT ALL!!!!! PLEASE RUN. Donna gave me a price of $85.00 to service a subpoena and she walked me through the process over the phone. The next day I get an email stating that I owe $95.00 from Leo. I called multiple times in which they do not answer the phone. The wanted to charge me double of the service and are very rude! This company is a scan.

Experiencia negativa: Ms. Donna was clearly having a bad day when I contacted her. The judge decided to extend the deadline for my case, so I reached out to confirm I was still in need of her services. On our phone call Ms. Donna grew very impatient & unprofessional. She kept cutting me off when I was explaining the situation. She grew frustrated when she realized I was asking for a rush job, again cutting me off, telling me it would be more money, & she kept reiterating that there were many customers ahead of me. Even when I asked if there was a time frame I could expect files from her, she responded that there were many customers ahead of me. & for some weird reason she was upset that I planned on filing in person “unlike majority of her clients who filed online”. Finally she tells me to find another company to serve the documents because “this isn’t going to work”. I really hope she isn’t so easily swayed on her better days, because poor customer service skills aren’t appreciated in any industry, especially not one that deals with serious legal matters. We already have a lot going on. Ms. Donna, practice keeping your cool & listen to the customer the first time.

Experiencia fantástica: This is a wonderful company. They answered by call immediately, I spoke with a person who actually knew right away how to serve the defendant that I needed served. They got the job done within 24 hours and followed up with e-mailed documentation. They made my job that much easier. I wish more companies were like this one. Bravo!

The more details they know the better. APS communicated with me by email and phone with no problem. Thank you for your help APS!

Experiencia negativa: Very unsatisfactory work. After I was notified by the business that service would be made, no service was attempted at all. The company did not call back after several voice messages were left until weeks later.

Experiencia negativa: I suggest you look for another company before giving these people your hard earned money. I paid $110.00 for a service that I was told would be done June 25, 2022. I haven't heard anything back from them. I emailed them a couple of times and no response. I have called every number on their site and no answer. It goes to voice mail and guess what... a message saying their mailbox is full plays on every number that you call for them. I've never experienced anything like this. How do you advertise saying you're open 7-7 and I haven't heard from you? I emailed you Friday and here it is two days later with no reply. I'm giving this complaint until the end of today before I dispute these charges. I'm a business owner myself and I would never ignore emails or phone calls. Get it together. Everyone reading this... you've been warned!!

Experiencia negativa: Worst process server I have ever used. I called on Monday for a document retrieval from the Dekalb County probate court. They said I will have my documents Tuesday and asked me to pre-pay. Great. Tuesday comes and goes and they never sent me the documents. Never called with an update. Now today (Wednesday) I call for an update and ask what happened. They said they forgot about my request but they can send someone today. I needed these documents on Monday. They are over-priced and unprofessional. I will not be using them again.

Experiencia positiva: Not very good with communication. I have asked repeatedly for updates and awaited response from simple email questions. Sometimes I have been sent info concerning the wrong client. Granted, I did ask for changes in who to serve and where, but the other process servers I hired in two other states for the same case were finished and communicated much better. Use your judgment with this company.
