See that’s why I felt obligated to leave a review cus of course it’s 7 and you don’t close til 8 but not having someone available is reasonable I guess but this service and attitude isn’t when I contacted ur service “hey we don’t have anyone right now but we can get u in at some point” would’ve been nice but no I was told u guys don’t got anyone and that y’all don’t even handle notarizing like that then click hung up on so yea there are plenty of places to get notarized guys this one ain’t it... jus read there response I clearly said it wasn't about not having someone available it was about the rude and dismissive service but read the sarcastic and un related reply from the owner and all understand why u should never use there service!!! Look at the response clearly lacking professionalism and understanding my complaint clearly says that it’s understandable not having someone available at 7pm when u close at 8pm ok but why did you ignore the rude and disrespectful behavior of ur employees? I’m sure the rest of ur comments are fabricated

I got a confirmation email but never actually heard from someone. It’s unfortunate because this company had such good reviews, however, I suppose they just didn’t want the business this time around.
