Experiencia negativa: He is unresponsive, doesn't do as he says he will do in his contract, I had to sue him to get my report and an invoice after asking for a few years, then he lies to the judge that his work was pro bono when I had paid his retainer in full. The judge ruled in my favor and Jason was to pay back my retainer starting in May $500 a month based on his email to my attorney and still fails to do so. During "his" investigation you are mostly coached on what needs to be done and basically do the investigation yourself. Jason did look at the crime scene photos, went with me to DA's office and wrote a few letters for me to sound "professional" that i still had to send in myself when reaching out to higher authority. If I could give him a half star I would.... Very unprofessional... Update: Jason has been avoiding service since our first court appearance regarding the refund. He had a court date on 7/17/2024, which he failed to attend, but did provide a post-dated check dated for today (7/26/2024) at my attorneys office. Unfortunately, the check bounced, and Jason informed my attorney via email that it would not clear same day it was dated to cash. He also threatened to take civil action against me due to my review, which he alleges has caused him to lose business and face bankruptcy.

Experiencia negativa: Very unethical and unprofessional would not recommend using this company unfortunately I did and it and all it did was cost me money. Never returned calls or emails never received final bill they just took my money and ran. This review is based on the following After final review of my case on 29 November that money was provided to you to preform investigation tasks. Failed to provide timely response if any to emails asking for updates on work hired to preform. Also never provided a statement of work or final bill even though numerous requests were made to justify keeping full retainer I made.
