They're uniforms resemble police, the guards have a strong sense of authority, are quick to jump into action, and the owner is never unavailable when I've needed him.

Experiencia negativa: I told them on phone i am unarmed , even then they call me to fill a paper application , when i went there they said ok call after 30 days, right now we dont have anything for unarmed. I ll never recommend anyone

Experiencia negativa: Horrible place to work. Don't even think about it. They cheated me on numerous pay checks. They make you turn in a schedule of the hours that you worked at each post every week. But, when there is a discrepancy, do they call you about it? Nope. They just throw the schedule you turn in away! So, then what's the point in turning them in?? They don't have direct deposit and are too cheap to even mail you your paycheck. Instead, you have to go to Cleveland every week to get it in person. If you point out the fact that they made a mistake, they become hostile and threaten to fire you. There are plenty of security companies out there. Trust me, you don't want to work for these jerks.

Experiencia fantástica: I contracted with Metro to keep vandals off my construction site, and I did not have one problem there for the eight months of the project. I highly recommend their security service. Set up was fast and his guards are the type of people I could depend on.
